Lendingpot is pleased to announce its partnership with Phillip Credit, a licensed moneylender and a subsidiary of PhillipCapital.

Phillip Credit offers low interest rates, fast and hassle-free applications, 100% data protection and personalized packages. It does not charge any hidden or cancellation fees.

It provides term loans and revolving loans for four main products – securities backed financing, insurance policy backed financing, premium financing and personalized financing.

Lendingpot will be partnering with Phillip Credit to offer its SME clients securities backed financing and insurance policy backed financing.

Securities backed financing allows individuals to liquidate their investment assets by encashing up to 70% of the assets' market value via Phillip Credit. Such assets include shares, unit trusts, bonds and money market funds.

Insurance policy backed financing unlocks the existing value in your in-force insurance policy without giving up the policy protection and perks.

It is only applicable to fully paid insurance policies with a surrender value, and which were issued by reputable insurance companies. Up to 90% of the latest guaranteed surrender value can be encashed.

Since its inception as a stockbroker on 18th June 1975, PhillipCapital has grown into an integrated Asian financial house that has a global presence.

It operates in the financial hubs of 15 countries including Australia, Cambodia, China (as well as Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, the United States, Vietnam, and Singapore, where it is headquartered.
