Exclusive Referral Campaign for IFS & Phillip staff & representatives

1. A property loan application is considered successful when the loan offer is accepted and when the loan is fully disbursed.
2. This promotion is only applicable to property loans sourced through Lendingpot and one of its brokers.
3. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
4. The minimum loan amount shall be more than S$300,000.
5. Cash voucher shall be credited to the referrer within 90 days of the campaign end date.
6. Cashback shall be credited into the referee’s bank account within 90 days of the campaign end date.
7. Campaign period would be from 1 Sep 2022 to 31 Dec 2022.
8. Any referral made from the 1st Jan 2023 onwards is not considered to be part of the campaign.
9. Only applicable for IFS & Phillip staff & representatives.
10. Redemption is limited to the first 100 successful referrals.
11. A top referrer must have at least five successful referrals to qualify as such.
12. All awardees will be informed via email within 90 days of the campaign end date on details to receive the award.
13. Lendingpot Pte Ltd (and/or its affiliates) reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the programme (whether due to non-compliance with these terms & conditions or the participant engaging in conduct considered to be inappropriate or unacceptable).
14. Lendingpot Pte Ltd (and/or its affiliates) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, end, amend and/or alter any part of the programme or its terms and conditions at any time without giving any prior notice or compensation to participants.
